Scope and contact

This policy covers Event Marketing Assistant, published by Viktoriia Kotova, and support provided through AIforPsy. Privacy and support requests: [email protected]. Last updated: October 7, 2026.

Using the plugin in ChatGPT

The current plugin consists of instructions and local production helpers. It has no publisher-operated API, external MCP server, account system, chat telemetry, or automatic transmission of your conversations or uploads to the publisher. Event details and files you provide are processed within your ChatGPT environment according to OpenAI’s policies and your account settings. OpenAI controls its own processing, storage, and deletion; this policy does not replace OpenAI’s privacy policy.

Information we receive directly

If you email support, we receive your email address, any name included, message content, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary email delivery information. Provide only what is needed to describe your issue. We use this information to investigate and resolve requests, communicate with you, maintain service security, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them.

Information to avoid

Do not send client case files, protected health information, payment card data, government identification documents, passwords, API keys, authentication codes, or other sensitive personal information. Use fictional or anonymized examples when discussing marketing material. The plugin does not require those categories of data.

Recipients and services

Support is currently handled manually by Viktoriia Kotova. Email services used for support include Cloudflare for incoming forwarding, Google for the private support mailbox, and Resend for outgoing delivery. These providers process information needed to deliver and store support email under their own service terms. We may disclose necessary information where legally required or to protect legal rights and service security. We do not operate automated AI support replies at present.

Retention

Support correspondence is kept while the issue is being handled and for 12 months after closure, then deleted or anonymized. Where applicable law requires a separate record of a privacy request, a minimal request-and-response record is retained for the required period, including 24 months for applicable California consumer requests. Information needed for a legal obligation, dispute, or legal hold may be retained longer; the exception is limited to the necessary information. These periods apply to records under our control, not to your ChatGPT account or providers’ independent legal records.

Website and technical processing

The current AIforPsy website does not include advertising pixels, audience analytics, subscription forms, or a visitor account system. Hosting, network security, and email delivery services may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request or delivery logs, to operate and secure their services. This does not mean that infrastructure providers keep no logs. This plugin does not add a publisher-side tracking service.

Your choices and rights

You can use the plugin without emailing us. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about support records we hold, contact [email protected]. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; we may reasonably verify a request using existing correspondence without asking for identity documents. Where applicable, you may also object to processing and complain to your local data protection authority. To manage conversations, uploads, or data settings held by OpenAI, use OpenAI’s account controls and privacy request channels. We cannot delete your ChatGPT history for you.

International processing and legal grounds

Email and infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, support processing is based on responding to your request, our legitimate interests in providing and securing support, or compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable. Any required safeguards for international processing are governed by the applicable provider agreements and law.

Changes

We will update the date and this policy if the plugin’s data practices change. Any future external integration or automated support processing must be disclosed before it is introduced.
